- No more holidays to worry about covering
- No more sickness worries
- No issues about arranging training
- Senior engineer back-up
- Overflow helpdesk if the on-site engineer is unavailable
If the scheduled engineer cannot be there, for any reason, we simply put another engineer on-site.
