Managed Networks calculates the appropriate support level using three factors: the number of users, the complexity of the computer network and the current stability situation; large complex networks with a number of current problems will require a much higher support level than a 25 user network based on two servers and with few current problems. Current medium-sized clients vary from monthly on-site maintenance days (what we call Rotation Days) to weekly Rotation Days.
