Managed Networks' regional offices currently enable us to provide local IT support from the South-East to the North-West, with further regional offices planned in the near future.

Our staff don't work from home for a number of reasons, even though it costs us more to provide the service this way. In the same way as your staff benefit from regular face-to-face contact and communication with our engineers during our Rotation Days, our engineers benefit from interacting to their colleagues most days. This allows us to manage them effectively, to ensure their knowledge is up-to-date and to simply catch up.

This, in turn, provides you with more effective engineers to provide your IT support. If our engineers are more effective your IT will be more performative and the whole experience will be stress-free.
