They keep to the same principles of customer service and business focus that govern our on-site engineers, and work closely with the on-site team and our account managers to ensure that we always have a comprehensive and business-wide understanding of your needs.

We provide unlimited telephone and remote support during supported hours (Mon-Fri, 7.00am – 18.00pm). Because we work proactively to keep your network running smoothly, we neither meter nor charge for service desk calls. With service available 24/7 if needed and a guaranteed immediate response to business-critical issues, our service desk is a key part of our commitment to better IT for SMEs.

Our clients can raise the tickets and check the progress of their support issues through our service desk portal. We provide comprehensive issue reporting as part of our account management and governance process.
