1. Background
Rotrex provides winching and facade access services to construction, industrial and facilities companies. They were our first Desktop Live client.

2. Problem
A business restructuring meant Rotrex needed a complete IT infrastructure available to all personnel including those outside the UK. They needed a secure desktop environment (MS Office and e-mail) and dedicated server hosting with secure access to the key application they use to run the business.
