About the event

The first Ticketing Professionals Conference took place in February 2016 at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham. This inaugural event brought together 300 delegates for 24 sessions over two days of professional development, personal growth and peer networking. It is aimed at anyone directly or indirectly involved in ticketing the arts, sports, arenas and festivals, ticket agents, entertainment management and marketing. This is the place to see and learn about new technologies.
