Curleen has worked for Managed Networks since October 1993 and has held various roles within the organisation.  Her latest role is as our Service Delivery Manager.

Curleen is responsbile for ensuring our engineers are responding to support issues in a timely and reponsive manner; ensuring they are prioritised according to the issue and its severity.
