MCSE-qualified Support Engineers
Managed Networks has a constant requirement for MCSE-qualified support engineers across the country to cover both the continued growth of the business and the occasional engineer leaving. If you live within reasonable travelling distance of our offices, would like to work in a rapidly growing and exciting environment, give us a call if you meet the criteria below:
- You will have at least five years experience of working in the field, visiting different client sites.
- You will thrive on offering a first class customer service and high quality on-site technical support and consultancy to external customers, assisting them with all aspects of hardware and software support.
- You must have excellent written and spoken English language skills and be strongly numerate.
- With a solid background in IT Support, you will have proficient knowledge of Windows server, desktop and networking.
- The ability to administer and maintain Exchange 2000/2003 and Active Directory is essential.
- Cluster, SQL, Cisco and Citrix skills are also preferable.
- Experience of communications and telephony, especially Avaya IP Office and Cisco Call Manager will be a distinct advantage.
- Desktop experience with Macs would be useful as well as your PC knowledge.
- Multi-tasking, client facing skills and having an excellent telephone manner are essential requirements of this opportunity, together with the ability to work alone and as part of a team.

The majority of your time will be allocated to clients local to your office; however the role includes some travel throughout the UK.
